I guess with a name like Keithan Robie you can only expect crackheaded tom-foolery. The authorities found this class act a little before 11 AM today butt ass naked crack pipe in hand. I have yet to set foot outside but from what I can see from my window it looks cold as shit and there is no way I would be running around town naked...unless I had a few saucy bevvies in me but that's neither here nor there.
